The products should be swept, vacuumed, or blown off with compressed air daily (both the top of the mat and under the mat) for best results.
The maintenance schedule must be adjusted to keep the surface adequately clear of debris to not cause unnecessary wear.
For removing more difficult dirt/stains, dampen a cloth with warm (mild detergent may be added). Do not scrub or use stiff rushes on the mat.
The product should never be exposed to excess water or other fluids; water or other fluids; occasional spills are acceptable but must be cleaned up immediately.
No mat should be left submerged in any fluid. Mats should be kept dry at all times to avoid mold and mildew development.
Avoid exposing any mat to harsh chemicals or oils. The mat is flammable, and please keep away from heat sources and fire.
Free delivery within Hong Kong. Delivery service is not available at the non-permanent address, frontier closed areas, outlying islands, warehouse, and premises that are not accessible by elevator or staircase and need to be delivered through the balcony. If no elevator service is available at the premises, we will additionally charge you a delivery fee for each floor except the ground floor. Regarding the charges of large products delivery and other additional charges, these shall be paid to the delivery staff directly.
